By purchasing our ConneC-t product(s), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. Nature of the Product

1.1 The ConneC-t products are classified as an artistic item and is sold as a unique work of craftsmanship. Due to its handcrafted or specialized manufacturing process, our Product may include minor imperfections, variations, or inconsistencies ("Manufacturing Flaws"), which shall not be deemed as defects.

1.2 The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the artistic nature of the ConneC-t products inherently involves subjective elements of design, and any dissatisfaction arising from the subjective qualities or Manufacturing Flaws shall not constitute grounds for return, refund, or other claims.

2. Use and Safety

2.1 The ConneC-t products are not designed, intended, or warranted for use by children under the age of five (5) years. The Buyer and/or user assumes full responsibility for ensuring that the ConneC-t product is kept out of the reach of young children.

2.2 DobrySolutions LLC shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the misuse, mishandling, or unintended use of our product. It is the Buyer’s and/or user’s responsibility to use our product in accordance with all applicable safety guidelines and standards.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

3.1 THE ConneC-t products ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS," AND DOBRYSOLUTIONS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

3.2 No oral or written representation, advice, or information provided by DobrySolutions LLC or any third party shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 No Liability for Indirect Damages: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOBRYSOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PURCHASE, USE, OR MISUSE OF THE PRODUCT.

4.2 Cap on Direct Damages: DOBRYSOLUTIONS LLC’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PURCHASE, POSSESSION, OR USE OF THE PRODUCT SHALL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

4.3 Conditional Liability: THE LIMITATION SET FORTH IN SECTION 4.2 SHALL APPLY ONLY IN CASES WHERE, FOLLOWING A DILIGENT AND REASONABLE INVESTIGATION BY THE DOBRYSOLUTIONS LLC, DOBRYSOLUTIONS LLC IS FOUND TO BE AT FAULT FOR THE ISSUE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IF THE INVESTIGATION DETERMINES THAT THE FAULT OR DAMAGE ARISES FROM MISUSE, MISHANDLING, NON-COMPLIANCE WITH SAFETY GUIDELINES, OR THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS, DOBRYSOLUTIONS LLC SHALL BEAR NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER.

4.4 Burden of Proof: THE BUYER SHALL COOPERATE FULLY WITH DOBRYSOLUTIONS LLC IN ANY INVESTIGATION INTO CLAIMS OF DEFECT OR FAULT. FAILURE TO PROVIDE REQUIRED INFORMATION OR COOPERATION SHALL VOID ANY CLAIM AGAINST DOBRYSOLUTIONS LLC.

4.5 Exclusion of Certain Remedies: THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS SHALL APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ON WHICH A CLAIM IS BASED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF DOBRYSOLUTIONS LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 If applicable, any requests for returns or refunds must be submitted in writing to the DobrySolutions LLC within fourteen (14) days of the date of purchase and shall comply with DobrySolutions LLC's return policy, as amended from time to time.

5.2 Products exhibiting Manufacturing Flaws or subjective artistic characteristics shall not qualify for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless expressly agreed to by DobrySolutions LLC in writing.

6. Indemnification

6.1 The Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DobrySolutions LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to the Buyer’s misuse, mishandling, or improper use of the Product.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7.2 Exclusive Jurisdiction: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the purchase, possession, or use of the Product, or the interpretation, breach, or enforcement of these Terms and Conditions, shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Seminole County, Florida. Both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.

7.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution: Prior to initiating any legal action, the Buyer and DobrySolutions LLC agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes through negotiation or mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the parties may proceed to arbitration as provided below.

7.4 Arbitration Clause: Any claim that cannot be resolved through negotiation or mediation shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"). Arbitration shall take place in Seminole County, Florida, and shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

7.5 Waiver of Class Actions: The Buyer agrees to resolve any dispute with DobrySolutions LLC on an individual basis and waives the right to participate in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

7.6 Costs and Fees: Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses related to any dispute resolution process, including attorney's fees, unless otherwise determined by the court or arbitrator.

8. Entire Agreement

8.1 These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between DobrySolutions LLC and the Buyer concerning the sale of the Product and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

8.2 No modification or amendment to these Terms and Conditions shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.

9. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

9.1 By purchasing the Product, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Product processing Information, Shipping and Return Policy

As a designer and distributor of ConneC-t product(s) throughout America, we try our best every day to sell products you're more than happy to buy.

Payments options:

We try to offer as many options as possible to make it convenient to purchase, but we are limited to the website provider payment options. Applicable fees may need to be added to purchase for these conveniences.

Processing of Order(s)

We do our best to maintain sufficient inventory but if order intake exceeds inventory volume our processing time will increase. We will always aim to process each order as quickly as possible but may take up to 72hours after order confirmation. We will not compensate for order delays due to unforeseen events or occurrences. However, we will do our best to expedite customer’s order(s) and ship such order(s) as soon as possible, utilizing customer’s shipping and handling (S&H) selection, picked at ordering. We do not take any responsibility for delays caused by the shipping provider or delivery setup at customers side (not limited to delivery locations, forwarding and etc.)

Shipping Rates & Delivery options

As a designer and distributor of ConneC-t product(s) throughout United States of America, we keep our shipping simple with focus on lower cost.

We use USPS as our logistics provider and recommend USPS Ground. Delivery times are determined by our carrier. (Note depending on placement of order, inventory status, or conditions out of our control, additional time may be experienced, especially during Federal holidays). If you need us to ship faster, we also offer USPS Priority as our preferred logistics provider. We ship out of Florida.

We apologize at this time do not ship to addresses outside the United States due to prohibitive freight costs and other company reasons. But we are investigating a simple solution so that we may offer this in the future.

Return Policy

We do our best to provide ConneC-t product(s) that you'll want to keep and be proud to use it over and over again.

Returns or Refunds are generally not offered for our products due to their artistic nature and the care taken during production. However, in rare circumstances, we may allow a return if exceptional conditions are met, please carefully review the terms below to understand your rights and obligations should a return be approved.

1. Return Window

1.1 Returns requested within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date the Product is purchased may be considered for refund/returns.

2. Condition of Returned Items

2.1 To qualify for a refund, all returned items must be in their original condition, free from damage, and include all original components, accessories, and packaging materials ("Original Packaging").
2.2 Items that are incomplete and missing Original Packaging will be subject to denial of any refund.

3. Refund Terms

In the rare occasion, we may reach a mutual decision to refund, the following will be adhered to.

3.1 Refunds will only be issued once the returned items are received and inspected to ensure compliance with this return policy and or conditions provided specifically to the applicable return situation.
3.2 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase. If original payment is no longer available, refund will not be processed.
3.3 Shipping Costs: NO shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Replacements and Exchanges

4.1 In the case of a replacement or exchange, the Buyer will be responsible for all additional shipping costs associated with the new shipment. These costs will not be covered by the us (Seller).

4.2 Replacements will only be provided if the original item is returned and found to meet the conditions outlined in Section 2.

5. Return Process

In the rare occasion, we may reach a mutual decision and only when such agreement is made.

5.1 To initiate a return, please contact us at dobsolforshp@gmail.com. with 1) your original order details, 2) include reason for return, 3) copy of our written agreement for return, and 4) photographs of the Product’s damage / issue. Do not just ship product back to us unless you have obtained all four items.
5.2 When confirmed, returns must be shipped to the address provided by us (Seller), and the Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we (Seller) will not be liable for lost or damaged occurred during returns.

6. Non-Eligible Returns

6.1 Return requests initiated outside the fifteen (15) day window or items that fail to meet the conditions outlined in this policy will be rejected and returned to the Buyer at their expense or simply discarded and no refund will be provided.
